python-setupdocs software package provides setuptools plugin that automates building of docs from reST source, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-setupdocs
python-setupdocs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-setupdocs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-setupdocs *
You will get with python-setupdocs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
